Female sports casters have made watching sports events bearable. Having a female sports caster says to me "this includes you".

Thank goodness for female sportscasters!
As a female athlete, I'm thrilled that there are now female sportcasters. Women need to feel empowered to pursue their dreams in the sports world...particularly since it's so male-dominated. Having female sportscasters starts to "level the playing field" -- so to speak. Athletic events on TV and radio can now demonstrate to young women that sports is not just for boys/men...anyone can comment, participate, and excel!
